For your Requirement, I have Upload three Software called System Mechanic or Advanced SystemCare [PC Repair, Clinic, Care Software for Maintenance], and Bitdefender Total Security [Anti Virus Security Life Time]
but your Kind information, pleas remove Junk file manually, because some software well harm your System and Some software hack your PC, like a Advance Hacking.
So, I tall some information and Good command to resolve this problem.
1) Install or Maintain Official Windows Defender on your own System, by daily Update through Internet. and Scan Full System.
2) Delete Junk files with bellow commands
Open RUN Window by Pressing WIN+R Key and Type Bellow command in Text box one by one, and delete all Files
3) Clean Disk
Check Disk examines disks and can correct many types of common errors on FAT16, FAT32, and NTFS drives
Open Command Prompt [CMD] in Administration mode and Type " chkdsk " and Hit enter.
4) Clean all Browser History everyday.
5) At least 20GB Space [Individual Drive] Leave in disk space.
