Username: system
 Password: manager

username: sys
password: change_on_install

username: scott
password: tiger

username: hr
password: hr

these are just default ones, you may not be able to use them once they're changed.

to create a user, you need an admin right in order to do so... it can be done by connecting user sys as sysdba and issuing these command:

create user <username> identified by <password>

there are still other options but that's the basic..

Oracle: Reset forgotten/unknown SYSTEM password
